Here are some things I liked about the property when I first saw it.

Located on a culdesac, a dead end street

Open “great room” design, the kitchen opened up into the living room.

Roof had been replaced in the last few years

Plumbing piping had been replaced

The Loft was unique and gave a creative feel to the house

Meet the New Owner

First thing we did was strip all the doors and frames out. Installed new interior doors and a new front door. Also put in new garage doors as well.

Then we removed the counter tops and took off all the cabinet doors in the kitchen. Installed new cabinet hardware and installed granite counter tops. The kitchen got a new deep sink with new appliances as well. New dishwasher and stove.

The Jack and Jill bath got a new bathtub and all new tile surround with a new shower valve.

The master bath was fun. We tore out the old tub and moved the shower wall back to open up the shower. Installed a new tiled shower pan with two shower valves and a personal shower! It really makes the house stand out. New granite counter tops and sinks really added to the whole feel of the house.

We made some minor adjustments to the foundation to make sure everything was straight.

Then we painted the whole house inside and out #killembeige and outside we went with white.

New carpet in the bedrooms and loft and new laminate flooring made the whole place look super crisp!

Some landscaping to give the house that great curb appeal and put it up for sale!
